FanWork · 추천코스

Have you ever watched an idol on stage and pictured yourself in their place? Nailing the

choreography, trying a completely different look, standing in front of a camera. On your next

trip to Korea, you can actually do it. If you're wondering what to do in Seoul besides concerts

and shopping, FanWork has four K-pop experiences that put you in the starring role.

Many fans spend their trips to Korea watching concerts and shopping. In Seoul, you can also

try K-pop for yourself: learn choreography in a studio, see how makeup transforms your

mood, and read lyrics in their original language.

Quick Summary

· Four K-pop experiences you can try in Seoul: two dance classes, K-Beauty, and learning

Korean through K-pop.

· The four experiences aren't bundled into one program, but linking several of them lets you

get a taste of life as a K-pop idol.

· Pick just one that fits your schedule, or link several together.

  1. A K-pop Dance Class in Seoul: Your Turn to Dance the

Choreography You Love

Ever wanted to copy the moves from a music video? K-pop dance is known for kalgunmu,

razor-sharp group choreography where many dancers move as one, and for point

choreography that highlights the best moments of a song.

At a K-pop dance class in Seoul, you learn a K-pop group's actual choreography step by

step and then run it together to the music.

K-POP DANCE CLASS (STRAY KIDS "THIS & THAT")

Time to feel like an idol trainee! Learn the choreography to "THIS & THAT" together with

other Stray Kids fans and practice like a future K-pop star.

You'll also hear your instructor's own story and get a chance to ask about studying and

working as a dancer in Korea.

Solo travelers are welcome too. Taking the class together is a great way to make new friends

who love K-pop.

  • One-day promotion on Sunday, November 8: get it for $30 instead of the regular $50 (40%

off).

Details: Near Hapjeong Station / 12:00–3:00 PM (3 hours) / Minimum 10 people / Q&A time

  1. From Makeup to Hair: Meet a New You

Curious which colors suit you? Idol makeup isn't only about glamour. It starts with picking

colors that fit your skin tone and mood so you stand out at your best.

This experience follows the same steps. A personal color analysis first finds the tones that

suit you, and makeup built on those results lets you see how your whole look changes.

K-Beauty Makeup, Personal Color Analysis & Profile Photoshoot

This program covers a personal color analysis and custom makeup, and you can add a

profile photoshoot with the Premium course.

Find out your colors and see how makeup changes your mood. There's also the fun of trying

a style you wouldn't normally pick.

The makeup is done by an artist with experience in commercial K-pop shoots.

Details: Myeongdong / Personal color analysis about 20 minutes / Hair and makeup about 90

minutes / 1 to 3 people

  • Premium course: Capture your idol moment in photos.

For an idol, a photo is another kind of stage. The same face gives off a completely different

mood depending on pose, expression and angle, so idols prepare these carefully to fit each

concept.

The Premium course includes a professional profile photoshoot, so while your new look is

fresh, you can show off your personality and try poses that draw the eye.

The photographer guides your poses, expressions and angles, so no modeling experience is

needed.

  • Profile photoshoot: Basic about 10 minutes (1 retouched photo), Premium about 30

minutes (3 retouched photos and all original files)

The additional premium will be determined through consultation.

  1. Get Closer to Your Favorite Lyrics: Learn Korean Through K-pop

Ever wondered what your favorite song is really saying? K-pop sounds completely different

once you know what the lyrics mean. The moment each line makes sense, the same song

hits deeper. And learning with your favorite singer's songs gives you motivation, so your

Korean tends to improve faster.

Learn Korean with K-Pop: Lyrics, Slang & K-Pop Dance Class

This program combines lyrics, slang and dance, and can be taken as a private or group

class. You'll decode lyrics you've memorized, pick up trending expressions, and finish with a

dance session.

Details: Near Hongdae / About 90 minutes / Taught in English and Korean / Private or group

class / Minimum 3 people
